creativity to Cu. Mark is responsible for the
conceptualization, implementation, and
maintenance of
Cu’s innovative menus.
Mark’s non-career highlights include
placing 3rd in the 2001
Fruit Shark Rally, held annually in
Hawkscay, Florida, where he landed a
near-record 340 lb. Lemon Shark.
Among Mark’s witticisms are the
ever-popular, “You’re Crazy!”, and “It’s
not that you don’t like seafood … it’s
that you’ve never had seafood.”
